Should be fine at the back. Good offset for the 8.5inch
Though the front might rub the inner guard on full lock

If you lower it, it will rub. I had 18x8.5 with a 35 mm offset on my b5, and the wheels were flush with the fenders. I had to roll the fenders. So a 32 offset will be even worse.

I just fit my 19x8.5 with 40 offset.. look huge on the car! (has lowered koni shocks and springs)
It looks like it need a lower bodykit big time now!
Anyways, after fitting my 19's, i think flyinb is right.. with 32mm offset it will stick out and touch the fender with lowered suspension. My 40mm offset sit just inside the fender and dont rub. But with my 40mm offset, u get occasional rub on the shock body at the rear, and front toe joint.
Beermod, have u lowered ur B5 yet? On bumps at high speed, the front tires seem to hit the upper toe join above the wheels and make that squeel noise. This happen to you? Any rub at the back? What offset and width wheel?
Optimum specs for 19's though would be 19x8 with ET of 35
