Default 1din to 2 din

i knwp i can get a dash kit to make a car a 1 din....can i get a kit to make ait a 2din setup?

I have a 03 audi a4 i just bought and i put in an alpine double din touch screen it look factory and its freakin hott, so just let me know what yr and what model ur car is and ill give u the metra part numbers so u can go buy it at ur local radio shop. U are also going to need a wire harness and a antenna adapter.

sorry i forgot to tell you its a 99.5 a4 quatro. its has the radio on top and then a thind strip of trim under it with a went, then under that the climate controls.

i dont know of anyone that carries one. the only ones i have seenare custom jobs. a good tuner shop would be able to do this for you. the only thing i dont get tho is on all the ones i have seen the screen extends all the way down to the ashtray and eliminates the climate controls....so how does the a/c work?

you could put a 2000+ center console in it.. they have a double din opening, and is factory looking, rather then having a giant gap or something around it
