Default 2.0 stroker kit w/ gt30R or stage 3 engine build?

So I'm back to the idea of repairing the a4. Should I put a 2.0 stroker with a gt30R turbo http://www.etektuning.com/1-8t-20v-2...roker-kit-06a/ or do I just do a full rebuild to just go stage 3? Either way the engine is gonna be getting new seals, cams, valves, ect ect... Just need help deciding what's the best to go into the car. I have $6,000 to spend and I'm thinking of putting the a4 as a track car and drive the s4 as a daily.

Car is a 2001 Audi a4 1.8T sport, giac stage 1 tune (going apr if stage 3, or unitronics for the BT) rest of mods are in sig.

Please let me know what you guys think and have an estimate of how much it's gonna cost if possible.

Thanks ahead of time, can't wait to hear your guys ideas, been 3 months without the a4 on the road.

No opinions? Please tell me what you guys think. Leaning more toward a 2.0 stroker setup.

Depends ultimately on your power goals. PM member FASTER to get his take - he's running a 2.0 BAT setup.

I'm looking for the 350-450hp range. I want to get the best use out of my money. I was thinking of doing a eliminator turbo kit instead since this is gonna be my daily driver once I'm out of college. Will be selling my s4 to get a 01.5-02 s4 and have that as a track car in 2 years.

You're gonna need a big turbo (like a 3071r) with all supporting mods to hit that 450hp number and I don't honestly know if that turbo can be used as an elim turbo. It may need a manifold and be more of a full stage 3 setup. The 2.0 will exceed that easily but you're looking not only at bottom end parts, but a built head as well in order to hit a number like that.

Honestly id be happy with 350hp right off. I was planning on doing bottom and head work since the engine is at 194.5k miles on it. Would a gtrs eliminator turbo be able a better idea for now?
