2:00H flashing question

2:00H flashing question

I was driving tonight and look down at my dash and I see 2:00h flashing in the bottom of the center display....What does this mean?

Means you have been driving for 2 hours without any break.

This automated clock flashes every 2 hours...it's there to suggest maybe it's time to have a little 5 min break etc.
