i have been looking for a cold air intake for my 2.8 i found the k&n one but on ebay i found a few that are half the price, heres my problem. i have a 01 a4 2.8 all the ones i find say from 95 to 00. ever other part i find says it will fit 95 to 01. how come the intake is different?

 

well they all fit..i bought one from ebay that im using now and the 30v engine starts in 98 and go until 2001 so im pretty sure they will all fit..just purchase and install..took me not even half an hour..ur gunna love the sound!!

 

Same here, the V6 growl is awesome. Plus you'll get slightly better throttle response.
