This is in a 96 2.8 Audi A4 12:00am on hwy the govenor kicked in at 130mph

thats smart at 130 take a pic. I thought it was 135. it may have been raised have 96

my 96 hit the speed limiter out at 130 also. I'm pretty sure it's capable of 150+.

If someone gets me the 5th gear and FD ratios I can figure out what the speed would be at redline with the stock wheels.

this is for a UK car, but it should be the same

Top gear ratio 0.84
Final drive ratio 3.89
