2.8Q i regret getting this because mods are so rare.
175k with a mere 172 hp (i think that was the stock rating, too lazy to search) from the 12V.
If you can weld you can make your own exhaust for a few hundred.
I personally would use kteller. I made a complete DP and DP back exhaust for my old turbo civic. Whatever/if you do, defenitly get mandrel bent piping. Crush bent is garbage, I wouldn't use it on a completely stock car.

I suppose, but you have to agree the mandrel bends flow better.
And for the 2.8 there are too many bends so you could get away with larger crush bent piping. I'd still highly recommend mandrel bends over the crush bent. For the not too drastic difference in price, it's worth the extra $$.

No doubt they flow better, but you wont notice the differnce, maybe on the dyno. I didnt even think about all the 2.8 bends, good point. The 1.8t is not that bad.
first thing we agreed on
And yea, someone might think they gained a little something, but it's going to be very minor. Differences between crush and mandrel is going to be the most 2 hp on an N/A car.

Go Milltek for exhaust for the 2.8, and do an ebay intake, and custom make your own heatshield. Could also do a nice clutch upgrade, as for the electric fan upgrade, it doesnt add 10 hp, just frees up the hp when your fan comes on from the clutch
