If I'm in limp mode I wouldn't boost to 16 correct?

correct.. Good luck... But its probably just heat soak if you are boosting normaly.

J and H were rated for different thing. No idea how they differ I just know the H was from the RS2s.

I don't think this is a closing throttle body. Here's why.

The drive by cable cars don't have a mechanism for the ECU to close the throttle body; so this can't be the throttle body closing and causing limp mode. The throttle cable attached to the gas pedal opens and closes the throttle body. The DBC cars don't have the ECU controlled electronic throttle bodies that are in the DBW cars. However, the ECU can cut boost through the N75 and cause limp mode.
