2001 A4

Can someone provide any insight into why my CD changer is giving me the "ERR 01" message? The car manual says the lense is dirty and clean the changer. I have bought 2 cd cleaning discs and still the error message comes up.
Please help!

Put some rubbing alcohol on the brush and insert it.
