2003 A4 1.8T

I have manual front seats and my driver side handle seems to have disconnected fro the lever so now my seat does not move. How can I fix this and if I have to remove the seat, then how?

My driver seat handle seems to have disconnected from the lever mechanism. How do you fix and also how and do i need to remove seat?
