My 02 came with Conti Extreme Contacts. Dealer put on brand new ones before I bought the car. I haven't had much of a chance to test them, but they seem good. Then again, I don't have anything to compare them to.

I read about them on TireRack. The conflicting reviews are enough to drive one mad. One says they last forever. Another says they wear out in 15,000 miles. One says they are noisy, another says quiet. Many say they handle great in bad weather, but others say the wet traction is horrible. A lot of complaints about balancing and flat spots. So in the end, you are left not knowing who to believe.
