Default 2004 A4 rear rotors

What's involved in removing the rear rotors to have them turned. I know I have to remove the caliper, but how do I remove the rotor itself.

Thanks Ruben

Remove the caliper, then remove the bracket (8mm allen bolts). That should be it. Don't bother getting them turned. You can get new ones for a few bucks more and don't be afraid of the chinese ones. They're made to OE specs.

So do they slide over the hub?

they are floating rotors ( get the caliper and carriers off) then, just get a rubber mallet and give the hub a good rap and they should come free

Cool. I need new rear brakes too. I've just been trying to find some drilled rotors on ebay for my 03'. Plan on doing all four and painting calipers red.
