Top is in great shape but the rear glass is separating from the top. What can I do?

The answer might be to replace the whole top.

I was very surprised when we had some defroster lines fail, and under warranty the solution was exactly that--last month of warranty I received a whole new cloth top... I was expecting to see a lines repair or a glass replacement, but we received that instead (free, no hassle, but it was apparently a rare type of failure and took time to figure out)

 

Short term solution: Duck Tape
Long term solution: New top.
