Hey everyone,

How can you tell the difference between a 2005 and a 2005.5? body differences, tail lights, interior?

The reason I ask is that I'm going to look at a 2005 A4 3.0 quattro ultrasport tomorrow and I'm just looking for more information. The car is a 1 owner...well it's been in one family since purchased. Anything I should look for? I've looked through the newbie threads but didn't really find what I was looking for yet.

ok, so maybe I answered my own question....

Did the headlights change from 2005 to 2005.5?

 

2005 was the b6 platform

2005.5 was b7-revised exterior, and a new range of engines (2.0t and 3.2 v6)

 

So the one I'm looking at buying is a B6 then, since it's a 3.0. Thanks for the information!
