I installed the Mc Culloch HID 10000K system on the 2006 AUDI A4 2.0T and looks great. However, once a while (like 5%-10% of the time) the lights start to flicker. It takes several times of try when this happens to get the HID to work (I turn on/off engine and on/off lights), then it gets working. Do anyone have a solution to where I can get this on 100% of the time without flickering?

 

if its still under warranty have it checked where you bought it. when one of my mcculloch hids(right side) stopped working I took it back and they just replaced the ballast. now its working fine.

The installer told me these mc ballasts are practically waterproof, but the thing that could affect them is the heat, if they are installed in a really hot area in the engine thats when it could become a problem. hope this helps..........
