I'm looking for this part below, the mechanic told me it was tappet. on attachment it's audi-rocker-tappet.jpg.

4 are broken in the block with part number 03L 103 373 V241.
It's an Audi A4, 2.0TDI of 2008.

The problem I have is, when I look for 2008 Audi Tappets I only get one side of the part I'm looking for, like on this picture

What the real name of the whole thing please?

Just found the name.
They are rocker tappet arms
