2013 Audi A4 with a newborn?
Hi everyone,
My wife and I are looking at buying a 2013 A4 (premium plus). We are also planning to start a family (no kids currently), so wanted to confirm the car and the baby would work out well.
We looked at the Q5 but my wife preferred the A4. She's always driven coupes so the Q5 seemed too large (at least for the foreseeable future).
We think the A4 would work out well, but wanted to confirm. A few questions are:
- enough trunk space for a stroller?
- rear seating space for a baby seat?
Thanks everyone.

Well, we have a 2005.5 A4 with a 2 month old and it seems fine for us. The stroller (3-wheel jogger) fits in the trunk ok and her car seat fits in the middle of the back seats fine. We do have to keep our front seats up probably more than we'd like, but once she's bigger that won't be an issue. So, I'm sure the 2013 is larger and more space than ours, so you should be just fine.

I have a 2008 and have had no problems with the car seats. When rear facing I put it behind the passenger seat, but now he faces forward and he is behind my seat. Trunk space on the A4 is pretty good. Enough room to fit a playpen (hotel bed for the little one), small stroller, and bags for two adult's and two kids when we visit family on the holidays. Trunk was packed tight, but it worked.
