Our A4 is a company vehicle. It's a 1998. It has around 50k miles.

I got in it today and the check engine light was on, and it was low on fuel. I filled up the tank and then went to Autozone to get the codes read.

Had P0432, P1250, P0422, P1138, and P1136.

Does anyone know where to start diagnosing this?

P1250 caused all the other codes (fuel level too low), just don't let it run that low in future clear the codes and all should be solved
