does anyone know if the required 5K oil change is free if done at the dealer. If not would you recommend I get it done somewhere else?

 

depends on if you have a warranty or not. and i think audi only requires it to be done every 15k so they'll only pay for it every 15k. at least i think so, could be wrong. so your gona want to get it done somewhere else. a dealership will rape you. you could do it yourself, it is REALLY easy.

It depends what year you have.... 2006 and prior, the maintance and repairs will be free at 5K. If it is an 07, then you have to purchase a special package for oil changes, etc.
