Hey just bought my first audi. 1999 A4 1.8T Quattro. I am on a pretty tight budget and I want to install tints and new stereo system.

But my main concern is how can i get this baby to go at low rpms? I mean its 0-60 is a crawl. Only 150hp. I know there has been threads about this before, but can someone spell it out for a beginner? What parts do I need, how much would it cost, and how effective would it be?

A chip is $500 and that will get you roughly 40-50 HP. Do a search for "GIAC" and "APR" which are the two most common chips for your year of car.
