Thanks guys. I'm just looking all over as well. Are magna's California approved? If so, how much do you think it'll cost to fit it? last time I checked, they're charging about $500. I'm actually eying for a GOOD usedoriginal part so I could just bolt it on. The car is actually a 97 A4 and is quite old to spend big $s.

You'll also be buying 2 gaskets (1 to the flexpipe and 1 to the turbo), and new bolts aren't a bad idea, either. Good luck if you're doing it yourself. Hope you have some nice high jackstands or a lift.
Call Labree Motorsports. I am pretty sure he told me his cats were CARB approved. It cost me $100 to remove my old cat and put the Labree on. The Labree was $269 plus shipping. Beautiful piece of work plus it's high flow.
