I have APR 91, stock, and security lock out programs in my 2.0T. The difference between the stock and 91 program is night and day, difinitely the best bang for the buck. I got the APR since 800 miles on the car, now have 19k and still puts a smile to my face. I'm not sure if the '08 already comes with the updated version DV and PCV, those were weak in the '05.5 - '07. The added boost from the program cause the DV and PCV to leak, but dealer replaced them with the new versions under warranty( stock and sec. lock out ftw)

Oh, and as I mentioned in another thread, I'm at over 5200' so even more reason to chip to get back that 9-10% power loss due to altitude.

Do it.

I know quite a few 2.0t drivers that wouldn't have their cars any other way.

Why not get a couple programs? You could have the stock program but switch to the speedier program when felt like having a little fun, so you wouldn't always have to deal with extra power from the turbo kicking in. Personally, I like feeling the turbo kick in. I would have installed a couple programs, but my ecu only has room for 1 .
