would appreciate your opinions on which to go for.
looking to buy a CPO A4, 2 options: 2006 2.0T quattro with premium package and cold weather package and 20,000 on the clock, or a 2007 2.0T quattro with 130 miles but base model no premium or cold weather package. the 2006 will work out $1000-2000 cheaper. I'm in boston - and am going to put a lot of miles on commuting, 25K each year. weighing up the more room on the 100,000 warranty versus the extra package. The cloth seats felt quite comfortable to me, and never had seated heats before so not sure if it means that much to me - and I should take the car that's got less miles and prob not been thrashed before.
what do you think?

Heated seats are good - especially in New England weather. But yeah, I prefer cloth seats too.

What does the Premium package have? I am not keen on Bose sound systems - and the base Audi Symphony is quite good anyway.

Since you'll be driving a lot - I would recommend the one with the 100K warranty (the 2007 one?). Good luck with your new Audi!

 

thanks - both have warranty to 100K miles. agree on the cloth - felt very comfortable, the leather felt fine but not as good as I thought it would. going to have a 1hr commute so wondering if the leather difference will kick in after half an hour..

 

I'm not positive on New England winters, but in Chicago, heated seats help alot, although personally I would go for the 06 b/c of all the features, but it all depends on how much your willing to spend and what you want out of your car... happy shopping
