Default A4 leaking & flooded...!!! Help.!

I have a 98 A4 TDI. Recently i noticed the carpets on the passenger side are soaked, on lifting them up there was about inch depth of water in both front and rear passenger footwells.[]

I didn't think it was the coolant or air con that was causing it. Anyway after i had got the thing almost dry, it rained and the footwells filled up again...

Does anyone know of any weaknesses on the car for letting rain in

Many thanks..

Could be clogged sunroof drains. When I had water come in, the drain plug beneath the battery was clogged, so check that out, too.

Thanks for that. I have no sun roof, but I'll check the drain plug
