A4 quattro not good in snow
Does anyone have any idea why my A4 quattro is so bad on the road? When i am driving in the snow the back end starts wiggling a little bit. Then i just went around a corner and my back end slide around at about a 45 degree angle.
I just checked the air in all the tires to ensure they were pulling the same.

quattro is good in the snow. nothing makes you invincible. try snow tires
perhaps with RWD your 45 degree angle would have ended up a full 180 and with FWD a 270-360
or perhaps you have a mechanical problem.
or maybe just a loose nut behind the wheel

whatever it is it feels like the backend is "wiggling" quite a bit. I thought it was my imagination til my wife asked me about it. Its her car. I drive a 1999 cummins diesel dodge ram and it seems to go straighter down the road than the A4. Maybe needs new tires.....
