How many lbs. of boost does a stock 1999 A4 1.8T run. How much is safe to run on stock everything (internals, head, etc.)

stock= 7-8
chip=12-14 (depending on chip)

sorry not sure what ammount is dangerous to engine, try a search. ko3 wont do it though. go BT

most of us guys with GIAC chips are running anywhere from 15-20lbs of boost..
