Hey All,
I'm a novice at cars, but very handy. I started taking apart my door and realized I was getting in a little deep. I made a video of where I stopped. I am hoping someone can shed some light on my next steps.

The motor sounds like it's working and I also watched a YouTube video on what could be wrong. I think it's a plastic clip that will not allow the window to roll up or down. I posted a video on my website.
