i have an 2002 a4 that was runing grate i went for a drive on a wet day and after i got home like 45 mins later i could here the fans come on and then go off. so i seen on the forms about water geting in 2 the ecm box. So i opened it up to see if there was water in box and yep all 4 of my relays where under water so the next day i got the shop vac out and got all the water out pulled and cleaned the relays and put it back and now the car wont start at all. turns over and is geting gas So can any 1 plz tell me what the 4 relays do? numbers on top of them are 219/373/395x2 or what might be going on ty
