They will most likely begone until my car is back up and running, i havent decided yet. I did it as a spoof and for some reason, people liked it and miss it.

 

they can do 8k easy i think. I know the F20 and maybe the F22's do 9k from the factory.

he said both that he couldn't afford the SC, and that he didn't want to buy a whole new car. reasons were also stated for both.

It seems no matter who or how you ask this question (i have myself), everyone on this forum just tells you to buy a 1.8, even when you specifically tell them you dint want too. you'd be better off searching this topic elsewhere, i;vie been doing the same but wanting to put a 30V or a 1.8 in mine.

What no one seems to get is that you can find a whole smashed car with a good engine for a couple hundred bucks, so stop saying its too expensive.[:@]

Its not too expensive if you're getting the ecm and electronics with it.
Now the expensive part is gonna be trying to find ways and places to mount all the pluming, intercoolers, mounting brackets, tools for doing the swap, up-grading your brakes to stop the piece of s***, ect.

 

If your stupid enough.... yes i said stupid.... to buy a 2.8/3.0 and want to make it fast, your options are supercharger or nitrous. Both have +/-, but thats what your left with. You can spend several thousand for a sc or about a grand for a NOS.

its not a civic where you can swap the motor like its lego, i would either get the supercharger or buy an s4
