a4 torsen differential

i have an 97 audi a4 quattro that needs a torsen differential. is there any place i can go, other than the dealership.

Check the junk yards. Some will look around for you.

I seem to recall some people upgrading this for a different ratio. Can anyone provide any info on this and what the upgrade accomplishes? Thanks!
