I just purchased a 2003 A4. At night my Xenon lights shake when I hit a bump in the road, is this normal? Is the shaking because of the auto leveling?

 

what type of shaking is it like the bulb inside the housing or is it the housing itself...? if its not underwarranty then i would take a look and make sure the bulbs are secure and not lose those hids are reallly fragile too to becareful also dont touch the bulbs only the back part where it mounts i think it might be loose... or the gears in your leveling motors are off check that too or there striped look for those two things and get back... If you got your car from the dealer then go back and tell them they "should" fix it for free...

 

Possibly the headlight housing may not be mounted properly and the slightest vibration will cause it to shake.

 

i noticed the same thing the other day...i checked and everything is tight and secured...also, i have the sport suspension and rumor has it on the '02 it sits lower than the '03's and up....thought that might be it....
