newbie question...say if two cars have the same ie.. it has same amount of cyclinders and liters... would 300 hundred hp's be the same on one car as it is on the other....this is with both cars weighing the same. And both not being the same exact car. Thanks.

I think he wants to know if you have 2 cars with the same weight, horsepower, and engine size, would 300 horsepower act the same on both vehicles.

take a look at a dyno sheet from different cars. then that should answer things for you

You've also got to think about torque as well as hp.
