Default Adjuatable FPR and fuel pressure gauge

i got a adjustable FPR from 034 motorsports and a fuel presure gauge i installed it todayand my question is that now that i have a gauge is it normal for it the read 0 psi when the car has been off for a couple of hours? or do i have a leak somewhere?

the car starts normal and the gauge reads 54 psi at idle which is the same as the 5 bar bosch that was in there before i installed the adjustable i have looked for fuel leaks and can't find any but fuel is easyer to find then an air leak, my fuel consumption (on dash read out) have not changed within the 50+ miles i have driven today. I installed the gauge on the supply line about 2 inches for the hard line by the fire wall.

Why would you put a afpr in ?? The stock fpr is 4 bar. You wont gain anything by turning it up past that.... If anything, youll be losing mpg/performance.

5 bar should be around 72 psi. 4bar should be around 54 psi.

Increasing the pressure wont do anything, because the ECU will just decrease the injector time so that the appropriate amount of fuel is added.

i put in a adjustable because my stock on started to leak a little the gasket where it mets the fuel rail had a small tear in it so i found the 034 motorsports afpr was a little more then another (new) 4 bar so i got the adjustable just in case that someday i get a big kid turbo.

i didn't think that bumping up the pressure would do much but you don't know unless you ask right
