it is.. its one of those turn your knuckles white coz ur gripping the wheel so tight the whole way...
theres some crazy gut wrenching turns where your view is of the Lake which is a loooooong way down
a constant reminder of how far up u are at times...

I took that canyon years ago in the 240sx - & swore Id never do it again until I had a decent car w/ good tires / suspension...

I had an awesome time driving on this road, too bad it's too far from everyone, to those who has never been up to Big Bear, take a drive up there someday, it'll put a big smile on your face...just don't go too crazy though, you don't want to end up a thousand feet down the side of the mountain

 

judging by the mileage key - Id say 15-20 miles...

i don't go rd raging all day like you guys, i'm a cruiser, the only time i'm driving that crazy is when i'm late or i'm around you guys, and the only reason i drive like that around you guys is because i just don't know my way around that area and don't wanna get lost.

yeah, a lil drag off the line with the chipped A4's sounds nice,

Joe, i remember you telling me you had 300 miles on your car at the last gtg, it's been about 1 1/2 months since then, there's no way you woulda hit 5000mi by now, that's how i got 3200. (how's your windshield btw?)
