hey dude. id say find a stock system to replace yours. Audi already comes with a keyless entry and "engine disengager" if the alarm goes off. I wanted to buy a security system for mine but the guy told me that it would be near impossible to wire it into my '02 A4. I guess it could be done, but not without major expense and long, careful work. In all honesty, with something as important as a security system on the car, I'd go through a dealer unless their prices are craaazy.

I know, audi makes great cars, but some crap are made into a multi functioning unit(s).

I have a air pump, security, engine disable in one unit, and its broken. That bloody thing. I need a replacment but it cost 400 buks new and a junky one is that same thing.
and I have no electric neer by.

any whooooo, you can create the same multi functioning device by combinig some together, like remote start, security, 2 way air pump and you got your self some crap that does the same thing that the smaller thing does. but with a lot of tears and blody fingers.

The trick is fibbing a little. I find good results by telling X junk yard that Y junk yard offered the part for $200, can you match that price? Usually they will just to get any business.
