Default aftermarket stereo problem

Okay so I'm new to Audis, I just bought a 1997 a4 and love it so far.. besides the wiring...

So i bought it with an aftermarket stereo. The front speakers were not working when I got it.

I installed my stereo. I installed all wire into the harness ignoring the t-connections that were there. I found that only the front speakers worked, so i hooked up the back speaker wires to the t-connecters and now only back speakers work with a CD/Mp3 in... But when I use aux only the front passanger side speaker works....

Can someone please help?
