AGGHHH! I had enough with this stupid car!!!!
This morning on my way to work, the gas flap wouldn't unlock. The car will arm itself but not lock the door. I need to push all the locking buttons and use the key to lock. That is OK for me, but when the gas flap wouldn't open - well I think I had enough.
Does anyone had this same problem before? Please advise.

I dropped the car off at the dealer this morning (mistake#1). I just got a call from the guy there telling me that my compressor pump of CDN$699 needs replacement but they don't have any in stock.
So, they will be charging me $109 today just for bringing the car in. I hate the dealership and if I figure out the problem and it is not the compressor pump. There will be some bad publicity going to happen.

the $109 is just the diagnostic fee, unfortunatly when you but an audi, BMW, or Benz they figure your paying so much for a car you should be able to pay thier gay *** prices for service, audi around me seams to be the cheepest of the three, labor rate in my area Audi- $92 an hour, BMW- $96 an hour, Benz $98 an hour and the diagnostic fees range from 105-120, it sucks... thats why most people buy those upper level cars and once the waranty is up they get a new one..

Yeah you might try reprogramming the fob to see if that makes a difference. Otherwise I would ask why you were paying $100 for them to NOT diagnose your problem.

I just got back from the dealer and I am $204 poor. They did not do anything other than telling me that they bypass the fuel flap. I have a feeling they also reprogrammed the car so that the locks don't work anymore when I start to move. Damn, I just can't find my OBT adaptor for VAGCOM, cause I could check that out.
