lets cummm together to an agreement. we shouldnt argue like this its not good for the newbies, what kind of example do we set. we cant alienate the 2.8's.

funny you mention cuz my car does have navigation, and a dvd player, w/ a 7000 watt audio system... i promise with mods + car I have you beat.... by far. I have had my fast car days, im over it tho, and only at theage of 21,i would rather have a nice clean ride that handles nice and is a pleasure to drive than a turbo charged beast that runs twice a month. 1.8's are tight I cant lie, sometimes I wish I had one but thanI sit in my real leather and look at my woodgrain and realize I made the right choice, but to each his own.
And I read my post and realized i sounded like a poon so thats why i was saying i was faded, not to seem cool or act hard, just to point out the fact that if i was sober I probably would not havestated my actualopinion... I probably would have just given him advice and let it be done.
but with that said, a chipped 1.8 runs a low-mid 15, a stock 2.8 30v runs a low-mid 15. its a drivers race.

And you've had your car longer than me. Give it some time..........I love my leather interior and leather wrapped steering wheel and I adore my ebony trim that makes the car look young and exciting. I also love listening to my turbo whistle and hiss..........wonderful noise really.

Yeah I got the dark ebony outline as well, wood grain is for old men... I hate wood grain. And if you put on a catback exhaust, or an intake your turbo whistle will be much more fun to listen to, believe me
And in actuality out seats are leatherette, its a fake leather that has a lot less wear, no stress marks, more give and adjustability... but feel exactly the same. And having no power seats, I could give two *****.... I'm young, I think I can move myself with ease when needed. So all in all, enjoy your old mans car mobaudi, cause we have practically the same stuff, just in a more fun whip.[8D]

Leatherette holds up better and is more comfortable than leather sounds like...........so who got the better end of the deal? Mine does have the power seats and I've never had that before so I am really loving that option as well.
I adore the ebony trim cause I think it looks funny when you got a tricked out ride and all that but then you step inside and realize.........man this looks like grandma's car..........LOL. Just playing for all you wood trim lovers out there, but, IMO wood looks good only when you don't really try to make your car a racer you keep it simple and classy.
