By fix the problem, what do you suggest? I disconnected my battery (neg. Terminal) for over 5 minutes and it did not clear. I also checked under the passenger seat to see if there was a loose connection (none that I could find). Now, Im dumbfounded. You said a Vag-com wont fix the issue, so what now? Anything else I can do to avoid the dealership? Im showing a solid light with NO blinking.

you can read the codes but you cant fix the problem ( srs is a none memory stored system ) so it either works or not and you need to fix the problem or remove the bulb
