it's in the front passenger side of ur engine compartment, it looks like a box (hence the name "air box)...you just need to take off a couple clips or screws to take the cover off...put a K&N air filter in there

it'll cost ya like $40, there's a link on this forum to find them

Dont do K&N... for the 2 hp you'll gain, you risk destroying your MAF. The oil from the K&N filter gets sucked in from the intake, and covers the mass air flow sensor... which can cause it to malfunction.

Just replace it with an OEM paper filter.

only get a K&N if you are a car enthusiast. You don't sound like an enthusiast (not yet at least, heh).
Buy a basic paper filter and be done with it... $12.

I consider myself an enthusiast... and my K&N filter is coming OUT in the next few days. I bought a paper filter to replace it with... my car came with the K&N. I honestly doubt I could possibly notice a difference, and will sleep better knowing my MAF is safe from any further "oiling"

You will need a higher flow filter if you mod your car. Moreso if you have an exhaust system... You will notice more gains. Will the less flowing paper filter you will not get enough air to flow the boost you need.
