Airbag read with OBD tool?

There most be somethin goin around I see Avant1.8t has the same problem haha. I was just wondering if a regular OBD scanner like checker auto has will work or do you need like a VAG from rosstech or something?

Nope, you need a vagcom, or a friend with one. check the vagcom locator link
