Okay i was thinking of doing the airbox mod with the holes in the wheelwell. So they never said if water got into the filter or not. So iam still wondering if its a good diy or not. Also my friend had a mercedes roadster and his car has holes in his wheelwells stockbut they are v shapped and they are only in the front. I assume they are for brake cooling or road handleing but if they have holes with no issues it should work both ways right? Unless they have sum sort of screen or maybe they way the holes are shaped? input please

 

I did this mod on my car and have yet to have any water problems. ive been through a couple havy rain storms and alot of snow and it did just fine.
