OKay, so my stock alarm is broken and doesn't work. I think the battery inside the car is dead, i have no idea where the battery is, so does anyone know where this battery is? Also, what if the reprogram is broken, and i need to get my alarm reprogramed to my control, is there a way to reprogram it yourself?

if my stock alarm is broken, can i just go with a viper 771xv and dodge the problem of fixing the stock alarm. if so, how much do local shops usally charge to install the viper 771xv.

you can do it yourself but you would need to know which wire is which. you can find that out by asking one of the techs on here and they'll get you a pic
