about what do you think you're running 0-60 with your mods, things like chip and exhaust, cuz some kid at my school with a ralliart told me he beat my friend with a 99.5 giaced 1.8t fwd with catback forge and intake, arent those things liek 162hp stock and in the high 7's the ralli art has intake and catback, so maybe 175 hp? tell me hes full of ****

 

Well the first thing to consider is that that kid drives rices and probably has the skewed vision( like most idiotic ricers) that if he passes you on the highway or beats you at the red light(even though your in the turn lane and he goes straight) he thinks he won. YTou could be goin to visit your grandma crusin down the road and he'll fly by you and the next day he'll boast about how he raped you on the interstate. Second ralliart ore quicker but there still slow as **** if he beat him in a race the lancer must have cut the race at like 60 not even givin the audi enough time to release its power. its like having a 30 foot race when the 1.8t is more of a underdog than a off the line beast

 

thought so, he does have it a bit riced, evo kit and wing (which actually make it look a bit nicer) and then a bunch of stickers which are rice, and the sound of his catback makes me want to shoot myself in the face 5 times over. i still havent talked to my friend about it and i told the kid i would even race him lol, and if i can hold with him my friend would smoke him

 

0-60mph im at 7-8 seconds.

 

wow, i thought 1.8s were a bit quicker than that after chip and a bit else, exhaust probably doesnt make much difference either, i used to be able to take my friend but i havent raced him since his chip

 

FWD will be faster than quattro from a roll... lighter and less drivetrain loss..

 

Im fwd but dont have an exhaust. A good exhaust will add 10-15hp and surely will make an improvement.

 

I bet with a good launch I could be in the low 5s. I know I can outperform a new mustang gt from 0-60, whatever they are....

As for your friend, dont believe everthing you hear unless you see it. People like to talk way too much...
