Default Alpine MRV-F345, Thoughts??

I'm in the process of putting in a system.. I have a Pioneer DEH-P650, 12"Solo Baric Kicker, and MA Audio HC2502 Amp... I need a 4 channel amp.. I'm thinking about putting an Alpine MRV-F345.. Any thoughts on it.. LMK
