Default Anchor Audi Dealer

Just got my car back from Anchor Audi. Car shaking at startup was an ignition coil I guess and they replaced it

Also my transmission shifts a little sticky ... is there a better way I can describe this to the dealer or no

but they quoted me $120 to fix the cupholder in the dash? ... is that ridiculous?

Going to the dealer for most problems is ridiculous. There is a DIY fix for the cup holder on audiworld or audizine i think. Id hate to hear how much they charged you for the ignition coil..... Get your tranny fluid changed, but for the love of all that is holy, dont take it to the dealer for it. Do it yourself, or find a euro shop or someplace that is familiar with changing the fluid in Audi/VW. Hell, Id go to VW to have it done before audi, the passat has the same tranny and they probably charge less in labor. Just call around.

ignition coil's free lol im under warranty - 03 a4 with 12k miles

i can change transmission fluid myself - i just went to dealer b/c the dealer in NH told me its free to replace cupholder

anyway im taking it back up to NH to get this sh*t done - its all free

im gettign transmission and my a/c checked

the idiots in NY filled up my a/c but told me no leaks i was like how is my 2.5 yr old car empty 100% on freeon? They were like iono - im like did u check for leaks they're like no leaks found.

******* idiots

anyway, NY ppl = dishonest so i'm taking it to NH,

1) check for a/c freeon leak
2) check engine
3) check transmission
4) fix cupholder FOR FREE
5) fix rear ashtray FOR FREE

anchor audi is a hobag place - too bad i got all my sh*t done free w00t and they made me wait a day

and they didnt even fully wash my car like promised

on another note he did replace a coil and 4 spark plugs and recharged my AC (he said the car had body work done, insinuating accident thats y freeon was empty ... if igured it was cuz he couldnt figure out wtf is wrong with my car)

that said, i need to get transmission checked he said my transmission was sticky cuz i spilled somethng on the cover lol i was like i meant sticky as in shifting he was like o... i laughed so hard

ON ANOTHER NOTE

i am getting my bumper, fender, front bumper, side doors and all scratches and dents popped buffed etc for 1800 - so im pretty happy

whoever needs ur lowers painted pm me - $200 - cheap eh?
