So I've only made one post so far, but apparently I'm not a giant pile of flaming noob, which was good to find out. [8D]
And considering I just spent all my 'extra' cash that I otherwise would have put into my newly aquired 1.8t A4 Quatro '99.5 (I'm pretty sure its a .5... so I could use some help on making sure about that) I intend to do some upkeep to it. I want to fix the one thing that is really annoying me and I think it might cost little money, just some time. The freaking door handle on the interior drivers side is kinda loose. My dad used the crap out of this car (a '99 with 130,000 miles) and it might just be a result of regular ware. Instead of going flush with the door like it should, it hangs out about 1/4 inch or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can post pics if people aren't quite sure what I'm talking about. Thanks for any help!

Uhm, I dont' know anything about fixing cars or how much it costs to do anything; however, I feel your pain. I have a 99.5 A4 as well, I had the drivers side interior door handle replaced already ( i think for about 300 dollars) and that was like 2 years ago, its loose again and now the passengers door inside and exterior door handle are loose!!!!! It's REALLY irritating!

search I read something on here about that the other day.. I beleive ECS makes kits to fix it just got to get the door panel off...
$300 damn! that's a lot of money...
