I have not done it yet, but I think its very similar to the B5. Im going to install my forged004 this coming weekend when I get home. I imagine you remove the bottom pan (thing) and hook it up to the existing lines, and I know you have to plug one of the exising lines.

look at my thread (link is above) the b6 shoudn't be any different than the b5. you can either go at it from above like i did, or from below. most people find it easier to go from below but i didn't feel like jackin the car up.

just stand in front of your engine, look straight down between the engine and the radiator and a little to the left (passenger side) and look for this

huh? you just plug the hose going to the TIP or take the hose out and plug the TIP

i run this one and its great. handles my 30psi no problem. its fully adjustable and can be run full vta or full recirc

here's another engine diagram to help you out. i think this is from a b6 cause the dv is in a lower position that mine. its called a Bypass Valve in the pic
