I have to wonder why you would get a bank2 code on a 1.8T, which has only one bank.
But if you're too rich, plus you're seeing performance issues and stalling, one cause (besides the O2 sensor) is a boost leak.

Ill go ahead and reset the code again, and get a new reading when my CEL comes back on. . . Ill let you guys know what the new code is. Thanks for all the help!
