damn.. after my car was totaled im still looking for another a4. It is freakin hard to find a right one just like my old one. (its been 2months) Im looking for auto but theres too damn many 5spds out there. if anyone is living in cali around LA area that has or know of a4 for sale please write me a post! and also since there is lots of maual a4s out there im thinking of getting one. how much does the usual clutch job cost??? any other downside of owning a maual car??? PLease help me out here!

 

i bought a 5-speed and i have no clue why people would ever buy a automatic (well in traffic situations i can c). I love my 5-speed no regrets. I dont think theres much of a change from automatic to manual, umm just depends how u drive it. I say test drive a 5-speed and c if u like it. or try autotrader.com

Trust me I agree with you but like 99a4audi said traffic is a bitch in some areas and my old car was a 5 speed and it got old quick! Call me lazy but I love my auto now.

 

maybe people dont buy a4's for "sport" maybe they buy them for comfort and statis. ever think of that?

 

ya i heard that before for traffic people, SOMETIMES i wish i had tiptronic but for the most part i love having standard, love being in control of my rpms. hahaha trust me im prob more lazy then u r

 

Hell I can't even drive Automatic I get into my old mans Saab to move the cars around (damm single car driveway) and i'll be looking for the clutch to start the car and then I'll go to shut it off forget to put it in part pull up the e brake and wounder why I can take the keys out of the ignition haha
